Bread Testing

You may have noticed we have been experimenting with our bread recipe lately! After much baking and chopping and changing we have gone back to our original recipe! For toast and garlic bread, a softer crust and a denser dough works best.

Next Gastronomic stop! 1707, Fortnum & Mason

Time to relax with a nice slow drinking wine. In the basement of Fortnum and Mason is 1707. A quiet hideaway in a food store. The wine is pricey but it’s a very cosy and comfy bar. Well worth a visit!
